Promising Futures, a non-profit organization provides a variety of supports to Cleveland Elementary. One of those things is the Book-a-Month Program. Generous donors, sponsor a classroom at Cleveland so books can be purchased each month, for every single child.
This week, as a way to celebrate Read Across America, a personal invite was sent to each donor to visit the class they sponsor during their library time this week. Many of the donors chose to read a book to their sponsored class, which the kids have loved.
At the end of their library time, students are choosing their monthly FOREVER book so the donors can see how their partnership impacts the students we serve directly.
